About The Role
Responsible for acting as the primary liaison between the organization and external legal entities to ensure seamless communication and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Providing expert legal counsel to executive management to protect organizational interests and mitigate legal risks. Additionally, served as Board and Committee Secretary when assigned, ensuring adherence to governance standards, accurate documentation, and effective coordination of board-related activities.
About You
An ideal candidate must have the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in law or political science.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English
- Minimum of 3-6 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Sound knowledge of Kuwait Laws and local operating guidelines.
- Knowledge of Shariah rules and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
