About The Role
To ensure seamless operation and business continuity of all technology systems across the organization with multiple sales points. This includes maintaining the performance and security of networks, servers, Active Directory, website, POS, and inventory systems. The role also supports digital initiatives and ensures that technology is aligned with overall business goals.

About You
An ideal candidate would have the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any relevant field
• At least 5 years of related experience and capacity, preferably within the Retail Sector
• Experience in Systems Administration, Active Directory, Network/Server, Point of Sales, Security and IT Infrastructure & IT Support
• Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to support both hardware and software issues remotely and on-site.
• Familiarity with retail ERP or inventory systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and user support.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• With valid Kuwait Driving License
