About the Role
The role involves overseeing after-sales service and maintenance operations for swimming pools, Jacuzzis, saunas, and water features. The candidate will ensure timely and efficient preventive and corrective maintenance, effective resource utilization, and high customer satisfaction. The role requires coordination with internal departments for service contract administration, resource planning, and operational execution in line with company objectives.

About You
The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in pool service or mechanical maintenance, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of swimming pool equipment, filtration systems, chemical dosing, heating, lighting, and water features.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing service teams, assigning resources, and overseeing multiple projects.
  • Strong planning skills in preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and maintenance scheduling software.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with internal departments for service contracts, procurement, and invoicing.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards in service operations.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage.
