About The Role
To design and deliver learning and development services. Coordinate and support stakeholders while ensuring effective communication. Demonstrate knowledge of monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness using assessment tools. Identify training needs through learning needs assessments, surveys, and consultations. Apply instructional design principles to curriculum development and content structuring.

About You
An ideal candidate must have the following:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Must have 1 - 2 years of experience.
• Effective Communication Skills, Plannin,g and Organization
• Efficient Collaboration and Teamwork.
• Strong Adaptability and Problem-solving Skills
• Results Oriented
• Must be a Kuwaiti Citizen
