About the Role
The Business Development Director will be responsible for shaping and executing the group's growth strategy across diverse sectors and markets. This role requires a visionary leader with the ability to identify opportunities, establish sustainable partnerships, expand market presence, and align business initiatives with global trends and stakeholder expectations.
About you:
An ideal candidate must have the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 12+ years of progressive experience in business development, investments, or corporate strategy, ideally within diversified groups, investment firms, or multinational companies.
- Ability to drive strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and collaborations that enhance the group's portfolio and market positioning.
- Strong track record of leading successful partnerships, acquisitions, or market expansions.
- Excellent knowledge of regional and international markets, financial instruments, and investment frameworks.
- Proven negotiation, stakeholder management, and deal-closing skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities with a focus on innovation and sustainable growth.
