About the Role
This role is responsible for leading the planning, development, and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for the hospital. The focus is on strengthening brand visibility, enhancing public relations, and increasing patient engagement through targeted communication and promotional campaigns. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with executive leadership and department heads to ensure all marketing initiatives align with the hospitals mission, values, and long-term strategic goals.

About You
The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 58 years of marketing experience, preferably in a healthcare, clinical, or medical setting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in brand building, public relations, and integrated marketing communications.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and community outreach.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
