About The Role

Responsible for leading and overseeing the Finance and Accounting department, ensuring the organization's financial health and compliance with established standards. The role encompasses full ownership of financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and treasury functions, while driving efficiency and alignment with business objectives.

About You

An ideal candidate would consider the following: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field. 
• A master's degree is an advantage
• Professional certificates in CFA, CMA, or other related certifications
• 8 years of experience in a similar capacity and related field - Food & Beverage, Retail, FMCG, Hospitality
• Experience in Unisfost Systems/ Oracle, MSD 35 Dynamics
  
• Must be a Kuwait National
