About the Role
The Marketing Data Analyst will analyze data from various sources, such as user insights, shopper behavior, and market trends, to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to drive business growth. The role involves conducting market analysis, providing data-driven recommendations, and collaborating with teams to align marketing strategies.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the marketing or automotive industry, with a strong focus on market research, consumer insights, and data-driven decision-making.
- Expertise in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SPSS, or other business intelligence platforms to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations that inform business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- A collaborative mindset, working closely with marketing, finance, and sales teams to align strategies and drive business growth.
- A proactive approach to identifying market gaps and recommending effective solutions to improve marketing performance.
- A flexible and solution-oriented mindset to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is preferred.
