Developing and managing a portfolio of restaurant concepts, the company oversees activities from concept development to daily operations, working across culinary, design, and operational functions to support consistent and structured business performance.

About The Role

This position will be responsible for managing all cost control and contractual aspects of projects, ensuring effective budget control and compliance with contractual terms and company procedures. The role involves preparing detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs), reviewing contractor quotations, evaluating variations and claims, and monitoring project costs from award through completion. Additionally, cost planning and cost monitoring, preparation of interim valuations, verification and certification of contractor payments, maintaining accurate cost records, and ensuring proper contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.

About You

An ideal candidate would have the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or relevant field
• 8+ years working in the construction, fit-out, or hospitality projects
• Proven experience managing BOQs, variations, and contractor claims
• Experience in commercial projects, costing, and estimates
• High Level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Independent, analytical, and disciplined working style
• Experience in operating across multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with local market practices and contracts is highly preferred
• Must have a valid transferable visa - 18
