About the Role
This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the full spectrum of accounting and financial operations within the organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with IFRS standards, driving accurate financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making through insightful analysis and forecasting.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are a plus)
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with demonstrated exposure to corporate, real estate, or investment industries
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience working with SAP FICO modules
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS and compliance requirements
• Ability to manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and cash flow management
• Experience in preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and conducting variance and trend analyses
• Comfortable managing payroll processes and ensuring timely, accurate reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in English is required; candidates of Arab nationality are preferred
