About the Roles:

1. Technical Support Field Engineer
- Bachelors/Diploma in IT
- 1-3 years experience in desktop support
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and software support
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English
2. IT Helpdesk Agent
- Bachelors/Diploma in IT
- 1-3 years experience in IT support
- Experience with ticketing systems and end-user support
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English
3. Dynamics 365 FinOps Support Manager
- Bachelors/Diploma in IT
- 10+ years experience in ERP system management
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Proven ability to manage support teams and ensure SLA compliance
4. Dynamics 365 FinOps Senior HR Consultant
- Bachelors/Diploma in IT or HR
- 5+ years experience in ERP/HR module support
- Knowledge of ERP administration and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with HR modules such as Budget, Attendance, Payroll, Talent, L&D, and Performance Management
