About the Roles:

The IT positions involve maintaining IT operations, providing end-user support, and managing ERP systems. Candidates should be skilled, proactive, with experience ranging from desktop support to advanced ERP and HR modules.

1. Technical Support Field Engineer

• Bachelors/Diploma in IT
• 1-3 years experience in desktop support
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and software support
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English

2. IT Helpdesk Agent

• Bachelors/Diploma in IT
• 1-3 years experience in IT support
• Experience with ticketing systems and end-user support
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English

3. Dynamics 365 FinOps Support Manager

• Bachelors/Diploma in IT
• 10+ years experience in ERP system management
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Proven ability to manage support teams and ensure SLA compliance

4. Dynamics 365 FinOps Senior HR Consultant

• Bachelors/Diploma in IT or HR
• 5+ years experience in ERP/HR module support
• Knowledge of ERP administration and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with HR modules such as Budget, Attendance, Payroll, Talent, L&D, and Performance Management
