To support business leaders in driving organizational effectiveness, employee performance, and a positive workplace culture. The role involves providing HR guidance on performance management, employee relations, and organizational development, while ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and processes. It requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to support managers in addressing people-related matters effectively.
About You
An ideal candidate would have the following:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's degree in a related field is an advantage
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong coaching and advisory skills to support managers
- Strong communication, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Heads and stakeholders
- Solid understanding of HR processes and modern HR practices
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to support managers and organizational objectives effectively
