About the Role:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and management of the property portfolio, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders. This role involves optimizing property performance, managing rental agreements, addressing tenant concerns, and ensuring timely maintenance of the facilities.

About You:
Ideal candidate would have the following:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Property Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in property or project management, with a strong focus on tenant relations, facility maintenance, and overall property operations.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage maintenance teams and external vendors effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of property management practices, local regulations, and industry trends.
  • Strong negotiation skills for handling rental agreements, vendor contracts, and resolving tenant concerns.
  • Ability to quickly manage and resolve emergencies or unforeseen property issues with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Proven success in optimizing property performance, improving tenant satisfaction, and maintaining high occupancy rates.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is preferred.
