A leading engineering and marine services company based in Kuwait, specializing in offshore and nearshore projects in Kuwait and the region. About the Role
This role is responsible for leading the full spectrum of human resources functions across the organization's operational geographies. As a strategic partner to the General Manager and leadership team, the HR Manager will drive talent acquisition, performance management, organizational development, and HR operations. The role also involves shaping company culture and aligning HR initiatives with company mission to elevate regional standards, ensuring a people-first, inclusive, and high-performance environment.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required. Masters degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Prior experience in multinational oil and gas, marine construction, or large-scale industrial service organizations is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in leading organizational transformation and culture-building initiatives.
  • Proven track record in strategic HR leadership roles, preferably within the oil and gas or marine construction sectors operating across multiple countries.
  • Deep knowledge of organizational culture development, change management, and talent strategy.
  • Strong leadership and influencing capabilities with the ability to partner across executive and operational teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of regional labor laws and HR practices, especially in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
  • Ability to lead in dynamic, high-growth environments while maintaining focus on quality and compliance.
