About The Role
To oversee the sourcing and procurement of furniture, home décor, and furnishing products. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers while identifying new product lines, private-label opportunities, and reliable partners. Working closely with the sales and merchandising teams, the Procurement Supervisor will analyze product performance, negotiate agreements, and travel abroad to trade fairs and manufacturers to secure unique and competitive products for the company's showrooms.

About You
Ideal candidates would have the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of procurement experience, preferably in furniture, retail, or consumer goods.
• Proven experience in new product sourcing and supplier development.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess product performance and market trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP/procurement systems is a plus.
• Experience and willing to travel internationally as assigned for supplier visits and trade shows.
• Self-driven, collaborative, and able to work across functions.
• Must be a resident of Kuwait with a valid transferable visa and driving license
