Team Lead | Business Intelligence

We're partnering with a fast-growing fintech company that's transforming the way businesses get paid. As they continue to scale, we're looking for a Team Lead | Business Intelligence to help build and drive a high-impact analytics function.

Key Responsibilities:

<> Lead the development of a scalable analytics strategy and delivery framework

<> Build and manage a team of analysts and BI engineers

<> Design and maintain impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI

<> Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and more

<> Ensure clean, reliable, and well-integrated data from various systems

<> Proactively propose new metrics, visualizations, and data-driven solutions

<> Promote user adoption and train business users on BI tools and dashboards

<> Own and manage BI project timelines, deliverables, and communication

Your Background:

<> Solid experience in BI (5-7 years), preferably in a fast-paced environment

<> Advanced skills in Power BI, DAX, and SQL

<> Hands-on experience with data modelling (e.g. STAR schema), data integration, and working with data warehouses

<> Experience leading or mentoring BI/analytics teams

<> Excellent stakeholder communication skills both technical and non-technical

<> Fluency in English

Nice to have:
Experience with GCP, Python, ETL tools, and ML/AI applications in BI
