Frontend Team Lead

Position Overview:
Join one of our clients teams as a Frontend Team Lead, where you'll collaborate with Product Owners, Agile Delivery Leads, Automation QAs and Software Engineers to deliver exceptional digital experiences. You will work closely with frontend professionals to build innovative and user-friendly applications that provide a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:
<> Lead your team in the analysis and implementation of new features.
<> Take ownership of high-quality applications and oversee their development journey.
<> Own the creation of sophisticated, modern product applications.
<> Use your expertise to introduce innovative features.
<> Engage in detailed technical analysis and requirements gathering.
<> Collaborate with Product Owners and UI/UX teams to craft outstanding customer experiences.
<> Partner with Software Architects and team members to manage the full development lifecycle of new features.
<> Mentor and coach your team, fostering a culture of open communication and support, and serve as a point of contact for key stakeholders.

Your Background:
<> Significant experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (such as Angular, Vue, or React).
<> Exposure to various levels of the testing pyramid and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
<> A solid understanding of software architecture and web platform fundamentals, including JavaScript, Browser Native APIs, HTTP/S, and web performance.
<> Proficiency in integrating REST API services.
<> Experience in Typescript is a plus.
<> A strong desire to coach and mentor software engineers across different stacks.
