As a Senior Product Manager | FinTech, you will own the strategy, development, and execution of the core business systems. This is a cross-functional, high-impact role that blends commercial acumen with technical execution and regulatory awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

<> Define and execute the product strategy, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.

<> Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to keep the company at the leading edge of fintech innovation.

<> Partner with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics, ensuring smooth collaboration across engineering, sales, marketing, and operations.

<> Manage the full product development lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to launch and post-release iteration.

<> Ensure all solutions comply with applicable regulatory standards and support our expansion across European markets.

<> Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, fostering transparency and alignment across teams and leadership levels.

Your Background:

<> 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B or fintech environment.

<> Proven track record in FinTech domain on a Product Management role

<> Demonstrated ability to analyze market data, assess competitive positioning, and apply insights to product decisions.

<> Excellent project management, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

<> Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

<> A hands-on problem solver with a data-driven and customer-centric mindset.
