1. JOB DETAILS:

Position Title: Manager Engineering & Process

2. JOB OBJECTIVE:

Implementation/Delivery of the business targets in GHPLs exploration & development portfolio and new ventures in Surface facilities and Infrastructure discipline.

3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Prepare technical evaluation for contract approvals and monitor execution of surface facilities work program related to wellhead surface facilities design and completion, Extended Well Testing, DOC, Field Development Plan, FEED, TORs, etc.
• Design and prepare techno-commercially viable options on issues related to Production facilities, pipelines, Compressors, Oil transportation and Gas processing Plants.
• Identify and analyze field data and recommend production optimization and enhancement of plant performance.
• Review and process the approval of relevant AFEs.
• Perform assessment/advise for approving any contract variations, and change of order.
• Rigorous monitoring of Production facilities Project execution program, and ensure the implementation of steps which may be required to prevent, halt or minimize delays, budget overruns or conditions adverse to quality objective.
• Technical review the Gas Sales Purchase Agreement, Crude Oil/Condensate Sales Purchase Agreement and Engineering Contract Agreement; advise if changes required.
• Periodic review of reserves deliverability, well intervention, pressure surveys, projected production and investment forecast in line with optimum usage of facilities and operating expense reductions.
• Provide planning, fiscal coordination, budget preparation and resource management.
• Participate and provide valuable input in Technical and Operating Committee Meetings, workshops and presentations to review the work programs in different joint ventures.
• Redundant facilities asset sale on behalf of DGPC.
• Any another job assigned by the management.

4. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: 

Minimum Qualifications:

16 years of Education with Bachelor's or Masters degree Petroleum or Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.

Minimum Experience:

08 years in Oil and Gas Production or Refinery Operation / Project Management, with a minimum of last 07 years in Oilfield Production and Gas Processing Dehydration, Amine, LPG Recovery plants in international, government, semi-government or large commercial organizations of repute.

5. COMPETENCIES:

• Sound Technical background
• Hands on experience with HYSYS or any other equivalent software
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Sound understanding of E&P business including PCA
• Cross discipline integration with other disciplines like reservoir engineering, production, geology etc.
• Ability to deliver under tight timelines
• Team Player
