HRSI is looking for Trade Programs Executive for one of its leading client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Devise, maintain, and continuously update activity trackers covering all approved commercial and deployment initiatives.
  • Compile and validate payments against each activity, ensuring alignment with agreed scopes, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Trade, Finance, Legal Compliance) to secure payment approvals and alignment.
  • Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of payments to VBPs in line with agreed payment modes and controls.
  • Track payment status, resolve discrepancies, and proactively follow up to close pending items.
  • Maintain clear documentation and audit trails in line with internal governance and operating protocols.
  • Provide regular visibility through dashboards and summaries to support decision-making and performance tracking.

Critical Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong analytical and data management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of commercial processes, payments, and controls.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (trackers, reconciliations, summaries); PowerPoint skills are a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across functions.
  • Strong planning, follow-up, and execution discipline.
  • Clear communication skills, with the confidence to challenge inconsistencies constructively.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to work under timelines and pressure.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in Trade & Commercial Operations, or Finance coordination roles.
  • Prior exposure to value chain payments or trade-related activities will be an advantage.
