About the job Quality Performance Manager
HRSI is looking for QUALITY PERFORMANCE MANAGER NC for one its leading client.
Responsibilities
Responsible for managing end to end NC quality with a focus on customers and consumers experience through
performance evaluation and identification of continuous improvement/loss elimination opportunities.
Facilitate quality improvement initiatives for NC across Factories and EMs in order to improve M2, Q2, consumer
complaints and RQA performance.
Provide insights and analysis in NC quality improvement forums with multi-functional teams (Innovations, Product,
Factories, EMs) in order to deliver quality improvements.
Deliver performance analysis on NCs (M2, Q2, consumer complaints, and RQA), monitor and report in order to
identify Global Top Losses and areas for improvement.
Coordinate the reporting, analysis and release of the Group Quality KPIs in the Global Quality Performance Enabler
System
Ensure data integrity into Global Quality Performance Enabler System (GQPE) and RCA/CAPA System in SP,
including access and permissions focusing on NCs.
Follow up implementation of RCA/CAPA for Global Top losses by providing follow up, visibility and effectiveness of
actions
Analyse and identify materials quality improvements activities in order to enhance product quality and support
Operations/factories in efficiency improvements and Current Best Approach reapplication
Coordinate and prepare the Draft Technical Summary Report (TSR) related to P1 and P2 (where Signal Detection is
applicable) across multidisciplinary team (i.e. GR&D, External Delivery, Care Team, Global Medical, Global Quality
Compliance, SNO Planning) to be sent to Global LEX.
Administer and maintain the Global Quality reporting tools related to PSHI. Support the development, deployment,
and improvement of PSHI reporting tools (i.e. Global Data Collection Tool, GQPE, TSR tracker) and define user
requirements from the global administrative perspective.
Ensure PSHI reports are available for review in line with the business needs and external governing bodies.
Compile and review Adverse Events performance update presentations for engagement within the quality team and
key external stakeholders (QIF, GOLT, Quarterly PSHI reporting etc.).
