Department Supply Chain 

Position: Warehouse Officer 

Location:  Chaghi - Balochistan

Qualification

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline)

Experience

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse/store operations.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and team supervision skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
• Good understanding of warehouse procedures, including receiving, issuing, and storage of materials
• Familiarity with fuel issuance and offloading processes
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in remote site conditions
• Experience in preparing material demands and maintaining inventory records
• Ability to manage staff rotations and conduct meetings with internal departments

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with RDMC safety rules and procedures at all times.
• Supervise store staff and warehouse assistants to ensure effective daily operations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels; ensure proper storage and issuing of materials.
• Prepare material demand requests based on operational needs.
• Oversee receiving and issuing processes, verifying accuracy and documentation.
• Coordinate with Site Admin and Supply Chain departments for procurement and deliveries.
• Manage fuel issuance and offloading activities, ensuring accurate tracking.
• Maintain organized filing systems for inventory, requisitions, and documentation.
• Plan and manage staff schedules and rotations effectively.
• Conduct regular meetings with the Supply Chain department to address outstanding demands.
• Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
• Provide guidance and support to team members in completing assigned tasks.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
