Role Overview

The Dy. Chief Officer (HR) will lead the implementation, optimization and ongoing management of SAP HCM, serving as the functional lead for HR systems. This role focuses on building automation, ensuring data integrity and leveraging HR analytics to support strategic workforce planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR operations background, deep SAP HCM expertise and proven change management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • SAP HCM Leadership: Lead the end-to-end rollout, configuration and optimization of SAP HCM modules (Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Time Management, Performance etc.
  • HR Data Stewardship: Ensure employee master data accuracy, system integrity and compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
  • Analytics & Insights: Build HR dashboards and reports to drive workforce planning, organizational effectiveness and strategic decisions
  • Process Automation: Map HR workflows (recruitment, onboarding, performance, exits) and optimize them using SAP HCM capabilities
  • Change Management & Training: Champion system adoption by training HR teams and supporting managers across the organization
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the bridge between HR, Finance, IT and vendors to ensure smooth integrations and data flow

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelors degree (16 years of education)/Masters in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems/IT.
  • SAP HCM Certification (Preferably)
  • Professional HR Certifications (e.g. SHRM, CIPD, PHR/SPHR) are a plus
  • 10 years of progressive HR experience, including specializing in SAP HCM/ERP functional roles
  • Proven experience in managing HR data, analytics and cross-functional HR-IT-Finance projects.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, workflows and compliance frameworks.

Note: 

The initial term of employment will be three (03) years extendable by mutual consent.
