Job Title: Deputy Manager / Manager Organizational Development/ Effectiveness 

Reporting To: Head of Rewards & OD

Job Summary:
The Manager Organizational Effectiveness will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives related to organization design, restructuring, and job evaluation. This role is responsible for enhancing organizational performance and aligning structure, roles, and capabilities with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage organization design and restructuring initiatives to improve efficiency and support business strategy.
  • Conduct end-to-end job evaluation and analysis to ensure internal equity and alignment with market benchmarks.
  • Partner with business leaders to assess current structures and recommend optimal organization models.
  • Develop and maintain role profiles, job descriptions, and job families across functions.
  • Provide strategic support during change management and transformation projects.
  • Conduct organizational diagnostics to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in organization design, job evaluation (preferably with Hay methodology), and restructuring.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • High intellectual agility and the ability to grasp complex concepts quickly.
  • Excellent presentation-making skills, with the ability to distill insights into executive-ready decks.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Certification in HR would be an added advantage.
  • 6 -9 years of relevant experience in HR, Org Development, or Consulting roles for a Manager level role.  4 - 6 years for DM Level

This could be a Manager or a Deputy Manager position depending on the experience and profile of the candidate.
