Company Overview: Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following role:

Job Purpose:

Assist in supporting the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions by contributing to coding, documentation, testing, and system configuration activities under guidance from senior team members. Support the translation of business and technical requirements into basic specifications and help maintain data integration and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support IT design and digital solution delivery activities to ensure scalable, maintainable, and user-centric applications and platforms.
  • Assist in implementing and evolving solution architectures within assigned digital domains, ensuring alignment with approved designs, business requirements, and operational needs
  • Translate business and technical requirements into practical, well-structured solution designs, specifications, and implementation artifacts.
  • Supports software development activities by contributing to coding, configuration, customization, and enhancement of applications in accordance with approved designs and standards.
  • Support evaluation and implementation of appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools (including cloud, integration, and data solutions) to improve delivery effectiveness.
  • Assist with data modelling, data integration, and reporting solutions to support analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, infrastructure, security, and vendors) to ensure alignment across digital initiatives and dependencies.
  • Support documentation, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities to ensure solution stability and continuity.
  • Perform additional digital solution delivery, support, or governance-related responsibilities as assigned by the Manager or Senior Leadership.

Education

  • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field Masters from a HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, in any/or combination of the disciplines.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 - 4 years of professional experience, preferably with at least 1 - 2 years of related functional experience in digital solutions or IT applications

Requirements

  • Developing and using Collaborative Cross Functional relationships across business functions and IT departments to accomplish objectives
  • Ability to perform additional architecture, delivery, or governance-related responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership.
  • Strong relationship building skills to coordinate with other departments and vendors

Age

  • The candidate should preferably be not more than 33 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
