Senior Payroll Officer
About the job Senior Payroll Officer
HRSI is looking for Senior Payroll Officer for one its leading client.
Accountabilities
- Prepare accurate monthly payroll inputs including joiners, leavers, movers along with change in allowance, once off payment and deductions.
- Maintain accurate employee lifecycle records in hard / soft form as per company policy.
- Prepare timely clearances and final settlements of leavers, escalating any delays
- Drive simplification and automation in own area as well as support others in transformation
- Ensure timely data integration between HR Systems
- Manage employee medical and Life insurance policy and claims
Experience, skills, knowledge
ESSENTIAL Accounting knowledge and experience, proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point, Understanding of local regulations i.e. income tax, EOBI etc.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the field of payroll / finance
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
- Knowledge of accounting and Finance
- Experience in SAP, Organizational Change, Business excellence and process simplification
- Excellent people engagement skill.
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
- Minimum Bachelors Degree, preferably in Finance / Accounting
