Company Overview: Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following role:
Job Role
To manage the inventory and transportation of equipment for the development and upgradation of Retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage equipment inventory for retail sites, including dispensing units, fuel storage tanks, signage materials, lube racks, safety equipment, car wash equipment, and related equipment; prepare and maintain inventory reports.
- Conduct inspection and verification of Equipment & Material upon receipt at companys stores.
- Coordinate and manage transportation of equipment to retail sites across Pakistan for development and upgradation of New Vision Retail Outlets after necessary approvals.
- Coordinate the Installation and Commissioning activity of Dispensing units at Retail Outlets for the development of Retail outlets.
- Processing of bills for equipment procurement, transportation & installation of equipment. Ensure complete documentation for smooth payment processing. Liaise with vendors and the Accounts Department regarding payment matters.
- Coordinate with Divisional Engineers and Retail Construction Project Engineers to plan and execute equipment movement to retail sites.
- Arrange transportation with logistics providers for timely movement of retail equipment between companys stores, retail sites and other locations.
- Collaborate with Store In charges to ensure timely material receipt and issuance in the SAP system.
- Manage inventory regularization in SAP using relevant transactions to maintain accurate stock records.
- Undertake any other task or function as may be assigned by the management.
Education
- Minimum 16 years of education of education in Engineering from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution.
Experience
- Minimum 6-7 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2-5 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position.
Requirements
- Coordinate with Retail Construction Project Engineers for transportation of material and installation of Dispensing Units.
- Occasional visits to Companys Stores/Sites.
- Communicate with Business Managers for material transportation, inventory and installation.
- Communicate with contractors for execution of works and facilitation of payment, transporters for material movement.
Age
- The candidate should preferably be not more than 35 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
