General Manager (Engineering & Process)

JOB DETAILS:

JOB OBJECTIVE:

Support SGM(T) to ensure implementation of all surface related activities including (all Plants, compression projects etc.) during E&P life cycle inline with the approved targets from Management/BoD. Furthermore, to assist management with sound technical decisions regarding organizations sustainability & steady growth of Oil and Gas exploration licenses and producing assets.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Description

• Advise Chief Technical Officer on all technical issues related to surface related projects and production operations.
• Manage and coordinate technical work programs of Joint Venture Operating companies related to surface facilities, infrastructure, well testing/completion etc.
• Risk management plan for surface facilities/production operations.
• Supervise monitoring of all technical issues related to surface related projects and production operations in all joint ventures and advise the higher management.
• Provide technical review of documents related to commercialization of discovered hydrocarbons including appraisal programs, DoC, FDPs etc.
• Represent the company at Technical Operating and Management Committee meetings, workshops and industry technical conferences.
• Contribute positively to the protection and enhancement of company's image and reputation within petroleum industry.
• Provide planning, fiscal coordination, budget preparation and resource management.
• Maintain a consultative relationship with senior professionals of other departments in the Company.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum: 16 years of Education with Bachelors or Masters degree in Petroleum/ Chemical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or relevant field

Minimum Experience:

• 12 years experience in in oil and gas processing operations with at least five years at a Senior Management Position in an upstream operated E&P company
