HRSI is looking IDT Project Coordinator for one of its leading client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track all IDT-related project activities to ensure deliverables are met within agreed timelines.
  • Support the IDT Manager in monitoring project milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Schedule, facilitate, and document meetings with Global Support Teams and Project Teams to resolve pre- and post-go-live issues.
  • Raise, track, and manage service tickets with Global Support Teams related to
  • Ensure inventory readiness and maintain tracking for any transferring assets (physical & digital).
  • Assist in reviewing access rights, data ownership, and IT security compliance in line with global standards and guidelines.
  • Liaise with Global Service Desk Teams and the Local IDT Team to ensure readiness for go-live and provide support during the hypercare period.
  • Work alongside IDT team members while they continue to manage BAU support for voice, infrastructure, and end-user services.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

  • Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience coordinating or managing large, complex IT projects.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks (ITIL certification preferred).
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, operations, and end-user support services.
  • Experience working with global or matrix teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project tracking and productivity tools (e.g., MS Project, MS Office Suite).

Desirable:

  • Experience in technology transformation, system migration, or infrastructure deployment projects.
  • Knowledge of data migration and access management processes.
  • Exposure to FMCG, manufacturing, or other large enterprise environments.
