Qualification
  • High School Diploma
  • Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL)& (PSV) with passenger endorsement.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Proven experience as a bus driver (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physically able to sit for long periods and assist passengers as needed.
Experience
  • Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant experience.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license PSV with endorsement for operating large vehicles.
  • Proven experience driving armored vehicles or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of defensive driving techniques and security protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of physical and mental stamina.
  • Familiarity with traffic laws and local routes.
  • Experience handling emergency situations and assisting passengers with special needs is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service or public transportation is desirable.
Responsibilities
  • Follow RDMC Safety rules and regulations rigorously.
  • Operates assigned vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.
  • Attend safety and other trainings.
  • Attend pre-shift safety meeting on regular basis.
  • Maintain defensive driving.
  • Operate light vehicles, tankers and other trucks / devices as needed.
  • Moving miscellaneous objects in the camp from one place to another.
  • Provide logistic supports to maintenance department & Drill Site.
  • Transport outgoing & incoming passengers on daily basis.
  • Assists passengers in and out of the vehicle.
  • Pre-Vehicle Inspection Forms earlier to driving.
  • Present safety briefing to passengers prior to each trip departure.
  • Keep the assigned vehicle(s) clean inside and outside.
  • Transport vehicles to workshop for maintenance checking.
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks on assigned vehicle(s) as required.
  • Responds immediately to accident or medical emergencies by notifying emergency response providers and rendering First Aid until emergency personnel arrive.
  • Serves as a positive role model while providing transportation service.
