Machinery Supervisor – Rotating Equipment

HRSI is looking for Machinery Supervisor – Rotating Equipment for one of its leading client.

Responsibilities:

Supervise maintenance, inspection, and overhaul of rotating equipment including turbines, compressors, API-610 pumps, gearboxes, fans, and auxiliaries, in line with OEM and API standards.

Lead safe execution of rotating equipment jobs, ensuring full compliance with work permit, LOTO, confined space, etc

Oversee precision maintenance activities such as shaft alignment, bearing and seal installation, coupling assembly, lubrication, and clearance verification.

Manage troubleshooting and breakdown response for critical rotating assets, supporting root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.

Coordinate with condition monitoring teams to act on vibration, oil analysis, and performance data, ensuring timely field execution of recommendations.

Execute rotating equipment scope during turnarounds and outages, coordinating with OEMs, vendors, and contractors to meet quality, schedule, and safety targets.

Lead and develop site teams, ensuring correct skill deployment, job quality, proper documentation, and high housekeeping standards.
