Hiring: Head of HR (HR, Admin & IR)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of HR to lead our Human Resources, Administration, and Industrial Relations functions. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving HR strategy, ensuring smooth operations, strengthening organizational culture, and maintaining effective employee and labour relations.

Key Responsibilities

HR Leadership:

  • Manage payroll, attendance, leave, and all personnel records.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and policy development.
  • Oversee performance management, employee development, and training programs.

Industrial Relations:

  • Handle employee grievances and manage union relationships.
  • Lead collective bargaining and labour law compliance.
  • Represent the company alongside legal advisors in relevant forums.

Administration:

  • Oversee security, facility management, utilities, fleet, vendor contracts, and canteen operations.
  • Ensure safety systems, CCTV monitoring, and emergency readiness.
  • Liaise with government bodies including SESSI, EOBI, Labour Dept., KE, SSGC, KWSB, etc.

Ideal Candidate

  • Senior HR leader with significant experience across HR, Admin & IR.
  • Must have successfully handled at least two CBA negotiations.
  • Strong command of labour laws, IR procedures, and union management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven experience with audits, compliance, and government coordination.
