Contractor Compliance Officer

Location: Chaghi,  Balochistan
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in law, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 3 to 5 years experience in contractor compliance, risk management, procurement, or related rolespreferably in mining or construction industries.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of local laws, regulations, and industry best practices regarding contractor compliance.
• Excellent observational, auditing, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with the Damstra onboarding system and SAP Ariba is advantageous.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Urdu or Baloch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure contractor compliance with policies and regulations.
• Monitor contractor adherence to contractual and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, HSE, Security, HR, Operations, Finance, and Project teams.
• Prepare compliance reports and management documentation.
• Coordinate contractor training and awareness sessions.
• Identify and report non-compliance issues; follow up on corrective actions.
• Support investigations of contractor non-conformance incidents.
• Maintain accurate records of contractor compliance and certifications.
