Position overview
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for driving the recruitment strategy and execution across the organization to attract, assess, and hire top talent in line with business objectives. The role requires a strong understanding of the FMCG/Beverages industry, its talent landscape, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse functions.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's hiring needs across all functions and levels.
- Partner with business and HR leadership to understand workforce requirements and deliver proactive talent pipelines.
- Lead the full recruitment cycle from job requisition and sourcing to selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Manage employer branding initiatives and enhance the organizations visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners, agencies, and educational institutions.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with internal policies and employment laws.
- Mentor and guide the recruitment team to achieve departmental KPIs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market intelligence, and talent movements within the FMCG/Beverages sector.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 3-5 years in the FMCG/Beverages industry.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Note: Candidates should be preferably based in Lahore
