Our client, a nonprofit working to improve global health through affordable products, social marketing, and stronger health systems, is hiring a Field Coordinator.

Responsibilities

  • Train and develop trainers for DMPA-SC SI trainings.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions on family planning methods with an emphasis on DMPA-SC and self-injection.
  • Deliver specialized modules on training for counseling and provider-client communication.
  • Use participatory, adult-learning techniques to enhance engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Provide feedback on training materials to support continuous improvement and contextualization.
  • Ensure integration of gender sensitivity, client autonomy, and youth-friendly approaches
  • Train a diverse range of participants including clinical providers, community-based distributors, and outreach workers.
  • Conduct practical demonstrations and supervised skills-building sessions on DMPA-SC injection techniques.
  • Support trainees in developing confidence and competence in client-centered, empathetic care.
  • Conduct post-training follow-up and mentorship visits to assess knowledge transfer and skills application.
  • Provide technical support and coaching to reinforce required training and DMPA-SC SI delivery practices at the facility level, when needed
  • Identify gaps and recommend targeted refresher training when needed.
  • Collect and submit training attendance, pre/post-test results, and participant feedback in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the preparation of training activity reports and case studies.
  • Work closely with the Training Coordinator to ensure smooth logistics and documentation

Requirements

  • Degree in Nursing, Midwifery, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Certified Trainer in Family Planning (FP) methods with hands-on experience in DMPA-SC (including self-injection).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in conducting and facilitating training for healthcare professionals of different cadres.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering trainings on client-centered care and/or empathy-based approaches.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with fluency in Sindhi, Urdu and English.
  • Experience working with Sindhs provincial or district health stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a compassionate and non-judgmental approach.
  • Experience working in low-resource settings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and training management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • Availability to frequently travel across Sindh.
