Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Data Analyst to join our team in Clifton, Karachi. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in analyzing HR data and generating actionable insights using Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Power Query. This role plays a key part in improving HR processes, reporting, and decision-making through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze HR-related data, including employee demographics, recruitment, retention, and performance metrics.
  • Designed and developed interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • SQL is used to extract and manipulate data from HR databases.
  • Apply Power Query and advanced Excel functions for data transformation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify data needs and provide strategic insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all HR reporting tools.
  • Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports to support workforce planning and HR KPIs.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and integrity while complying with data protection standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in an HR data analysis or HR reporting role.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.), SQL, and Power Query.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
