Position: Chief of Staff
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary liaison between staff, executives, the leadership team, and the Managing Director (MD), ensuring smooth communication regarding company culture, employee well-being, project progress, proposals, and strategic planning.
2. Oversee daily operations in partnership with senior managers and department heads, while also handling a variety of administrative duties.
3. Foster strong relationships across all levels of the organization to enhance operational efficiency and responsiveness; collaborate with the MD and leadership team to develop and implement new operational strategies.
4. Conduct business analyses to evaluate company operations and assess potential risk factors.
5. Demonstrate sound judgment in prioritizing tasks, making decisions, and contributing to budget preparation and financial analyses.
6. Collaborate with functional teams to ensure timely updates and delivery of key initiatives.
7. Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E.), coupled with an MBA.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Skills: Strong business acumen, ability to gather objective information, identify problems, propose solutions, make informed decisions, collaborate across teams, set priorities effectively, and demonstrate excellent listening and organizational abilities.
