Company Overview

Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint an experienced and seasoned professional for the following role:

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the execution of HR transformation projects, including digitalization, organizational design and process optimization
  • Assist the implementation and optimization of SAP Success Factor (SF) and other HR technical solutions
  • Work with IT and external vendors to ensure smooth system integration and functionality
  • Support in design and implement Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) frameworks to enhance employee performance and accountability
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Services, and Compensation teams to optimize HR service delivery
  • Regularly review and update policies and procedures to reflect changes in regulations, best practices and organizational needs
  • Support in design and develop metrics and interactive dashboards to visualize people analytics data, providing actionable insights into HR functions
  • Manage end-to-end HR projects, from initiation and planning to execution and evaluation
  • Develop and implement new policies and procedures for new business ventures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with relevant regulations

Education

  • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Masters from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Development or relevant field.

Experience

  • Preferably 6-8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2-6 years of related functional experience in HR system implementation, project management or in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position.

Requirements

  • Experience in implementing HR technology solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and systems
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving

Age

  • The candidate should preferably be not more than 40 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
