Business Manager- Consumer Division
Job Description:
SUMMARY
The role is primarily responsible to formulate, implement and evaluate business strategy for Consumer Division. This position would report directly into the Managing Diector.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Principal management
- Developing and implementing effective brand and sales management strategies
- Leading nationwide marketing and sales team members to achieve business KPIs.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- To get daily reports from his team related to targets achieved.
- Cost controlling and budget monitoring.
- Dealing and coordination with principals.
- Ensures team development and coaching.
- Must update monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts, and take efficient measures to address poor sales results.
- Responsible for Profit and loss statement.
- Ensure training and development for his sales team.
Minimum Education
Business Graduate; Preferably MBA
Relevant Experience
Minimum experience of 4 to 5 Years as National Sales Manager or Associate Business Manager. Ideal candidate should be from distribution/FMCG sectors.
