Business Manager- Consumer Division

 Job Description:

SUMMARY

The role is primarily responsible to formulate, implement and evaluate business strategy for Consumer Division. This position would report directly into the Managing Diector. 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Principal management
  • Developing and implementing effective brand and sales management strategies
  • Leading nationwide marketing and sales team members to achieve business KPIs.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • To get daily reports from his team related to targets achieved.
  • Cost controlling and budget monitoring.
  • Dealing and coordination with principals.
  • Ensures team development and coaching.
  • Must update monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts, and take efficient measures to address poor sales results.
  • Responsible for Profit and loss statement.
  • Ensure training and development for his sales team.

Minimum Education

Business Graduate; Preferably MBA

Relevant Experience

Minimum experience of 4 to 5 Years as National Sales Manager or Associate Business Manager. Ideal candidate should be from distribution/FMCG sectors.
