Job title: (Key Punch Operator)

Reporting to: (Sales Operations)

Key responsibilities & duties

  • Receive sales orders from salespersons through online portals.
  • Enter customer order details accurately and efficiently into the system using S&D software.
  • Verify the accuracy of customer order details such as product codes, quantity, price, and delivery instructions.
  • Process orders in a timely and accurate manner to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
  • Communicate any discrepancies or issues related to customer orders and S&D to the sales team and sales operations, respectively.
  • Monitor stock levels regularly to identify any shortages or overstock and inform the relevant person.
  • Generate stock reports on a regular basis to provide visibility to the sales team and distributor manager about stock levels and movements.
  • Provide sales data to the sales team to support their claims.
  • Support the sales team by following company SOPs and assisting with various tasks to improve their overall effectiveness and productivity.

Qualifications

Minimum Intermediate

Work experience
Minimum 1-year experience

MS Office (Specially Excel)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
