HRSI is looking for Sales Coordinator from one its leading client.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with daily sales tasks, including preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to post-sales support.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses to requests for information.
Maintain accurate sales records and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed.
Coordinate orders, delivery schedules, and product availability with other departments such as logistics and inventory.
Assist in managing and tracking sales quotas, goals, and targets.
Process sales orders and follow up on outstanding payments and invoices.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, records, and databases.
Support the development and implementation of sales strategies.
Communicate effectively with customers, sales team members, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth workflow.
Handle correspondence, prepare contracts, and assist in the preparation of sales meetings and trade shows.
