  • 10-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and industrial relations.

  • Proven ability to manage HR functions at both strategic and operational levels.

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
