Requirements:

Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/MPA preferred).

10-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and industrial relations.

Proven ability to manage HR functions at both strategic and operational levels.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
