Our client, a leading name in academia, is looking for a Head of Admin & Security for their regional office in Karachi.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise senior management on security matters.
  • Plan and organize security across all company facilities and locations.
  • Recruit, train, and manage security staff across regions.
  • Liaise with law enforcement agencies.
  • Lead and guide Regional Security Managers.
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
  • Manage budgets for outsourced security companies.
  • Oversee event and BOD meeting security.
  • Support admin in administrative tasks and expat clearances.

Requirements:

Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in relevant field.

Experience: Retired Major/Lt. Colonel or equivalent; proven senior security management experience.

Skills: Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills; MS Office proficiency; knowledge of protocols, budgeting, and emergency response.
