About the job Head of Admin & Security
Our client, a leading name in academia, is looking for a Head of Admin & Security for their regional office in Karachi.
Responsibilities:
- Advise senior management on security matters.
- Plan and organize security across all company facilities and locations.
- Recruit, train, and manage security staff across regions.
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies.
- Lead and guide Regional Security Managers.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Manage budgets for outsourced security companies.
- Oversee event and BOD meeting security.
- Support admin in administrative tasks and expat clearances.
Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in relevant field.
Experience: Retired Major/Lt. Colonel or equivalent; proven senior security management experience.
Skills: Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills; MS Office proficiency; knowledge of protocols, budgeting, and emergency response.
