Responsibilities
- Arrange and book flights, hotels, ground transport, and related travel services.
- Prepare and share travel itineraries with travelers.
- Communicate with travelers via phone, email, and chat for queries and updates.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel vendors to confirm bookings.
- Handle travel issues such as changes, cancellations, and emergencies.
- Prepare travel documents, tickets, and expense summaries.
- Maintain accurate travel records and documentation.
- Ensure all bookings follow company travel policies and budget guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written).
- Fluency in spoken English is required.
- Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in travel booking tools and MS Office.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel routes and basic travel regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected changes calmly.
