  • Handle travel issues such as changes, cancellations, and emergencies.
  • Prepare travel documents, tickets, and expense summaries.
  • Maintain accurate travel records and documentation.
  • Ensure all bookings follow company travel policies and budget guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Fluency in spoken English is required.
  • Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in travel booking tools and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international travel routes and basic travel regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected changes calmly.
