COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our Client, a Karachi based company seeks to appoint an experienced and seasoned professional for the following role:
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and potential NFR opportunities. Evaluate new business models and recommend viable options for NFR expansion
- Plan and oversee the remodelling of NFR facilities, ensuring alignment with brand standards
- Manage the upkeep and maintenance of existing NFR facilities to ensure operational efficiency
- Define and implement standards (visual merchandising, store layout, product display, cleanliness, service levels) to ensure all C-stores meet perfect store benchmarks
- Conduct regular audits and use KPIs to monitor compliance. Develop action plans to close gaps
- Develop and manage own distribution system(s) for product(s) delivery to C-stores
- Assess feasibility of franchising convenience store model in target markets
- Develop franchising strategies including models, partner selection, support systems, legal / regulatory compliance
- Set and track performance targets of convenience retailing business against sales growth, margin improvement and cost metrics
- Undertake any other task or function as maybe desired by the management
Education
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Masters from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution.
Experience
- Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2-6 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position.

- Strong creative thinking and marketing management skills
- Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
- Results-driven with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Age
- The candidate should preferably be not more than 40 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
