We are looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner Commercial to support our Sales & Commercial teams by driving people strategy, capability development, performance excellence, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR advisor to the Commercial team, aligning HR initiatives with sales and market priorities.
  • Lead workforce planning and ensure optimal staffing and capability development across all territories.
  • Execute performance management processesgoal setting, coaching, assessments, and reviews.
  • Drive talent development, succession planning, and structured career pathways.
  • Manage employee relations and ensure timely, fair, and consistent resolution of issues.
  • Lead engagement initiatives to build a high-performance, motivated commercial workforce.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for high-quality hiring and capability strengthening of field teams.
  • Analyze workforce and performance data to inform decisions and identify improvements.
  • Ensure HR policy compliance and act as a trusted advisor to managers and team leads.
  • Support change management, restructuring, and continuous process improvement.
  • Partner with Commercial leadership to execute incentive programs, recognition schemes, and performance rewards.
  • Monitor field force discipline, attendance, and code of conduct adherence across commercial operations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Masters degree in HR or Business Administration from a reputable institution.

  • Minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within FMCG or Commercial HR.

  • Proven success partnering with sales teams and managing field-force HR operations.

  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and contribute to commercial strategy.
