We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant to the Chairman to provide comprehensive executive-level support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chairman.
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordination of meetings, including adapting efficiently to delays and last-minute changes.
  • Prepare high-quality correspondence, reports, briefing notes, and presentations.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Chairman and key stakeholders, including Ministers, General Managers, foreign delegations, and senior officials.
  • Coordinate and support meetings with high-level local and international delegations.
  • Ensure professional representation of the Chairman's office in all interactions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and protocol requirements where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives or board-level leadership.
  • Setting up and managing virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
  • Managing digital calendars, scheduling systems, and shared executive calendars.
  • Troubleshooting basic technical issues related to virtual meetings and office systems.
  • High level of professionalism, presentation, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior government officials and international stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
