Role Overview
The Dy. Chief Officer (HR) will design, implement, and optimize systems for performance evaluation, leadership readiness and employee career development. This role requires a blend of strategic vision and operational excellence, with a strong focus on data driven talent decisions, stakeholder engagement and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Management: Lead the design, implementation and refinement of performance management frameworks, including goal-setting, feedback cycles, calibration and 360-degree feedback.
- Succession Planning: Identify critical roles, conduct talent reviews, and build succession pipelines with readiness assessments to ensure organizational continuity.
- Career Growth & Development: Design career pathing frameworks, competency models and employee development plans to support progression and retention.
- Leadership Development: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to create programs for developing future leaders and high potential employees.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use HR data and metrics to provide actionable insights on talent trends, risks and opportunities to senior management.
- Change & Culture: Drive adoption of talent development initiatives, coaching managers to deliver feedback and fostering a high performance culture.
Qualification and Experience
Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR (16 years of education)/Masters in Business Administration, Information System/IT or a related field.
Experience:
- 10 years of progressive HR experience, with years in performance management, succession planning or talent development roles.
- Proven experience designing and rolling out performance management systems, talent reviews and development frameworks.
- Experience working with HRIS tools (SAP HCM, ERP etc.) to manage talent processes and reporting.
Note:
The initial term of employment will be three (03) years extendable by mutual consent.
