Company Overview: Our Client, a Karachi based company seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following role:
Job Role:
Responsible for managing SAP operations and ensuring accurate maintenance of sales, revenue, and financial data. Oversees data reconciliation, forecasting, and budgeting while supporting compliance, invoice management, and procurement processes through effective data analysis and system management. Oversees system development, troubleshooting, and coordination with technology partners while ensuring compliance with established processes and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute all SAP transactions related to sales, procurement, and finance operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and revenue data, ensuring consistency across all platforms
- Perform data reconciliation between SAP and internal systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Prepare sales forecasts, revenue projections, and budgeting reports for management review
- Handle invoice management, including verification, posting, and tracking of payments in SAP
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards and internal control procedures in all financial and operational activities
- Lead and manage procurement processes for CAPEX and services, including tender creation, evaluation, and documentation
- Manage and maintain the backend of our ecommerce portal, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Collaborate with the technology partner to plan and implement system upgrades and new features
- Generate periodic analytical reports and dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Undertake any other task or function as maybe desired by the management
Education
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Masters from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Finance, Business Analytics or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization among which 1-2 years of functional experience in a junior management role.
