Qualification | - Bachelors degree in occupational health & safety or related field preferred.
- Certificate or Diploma in OHS is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Accident Investigation techniques is preferred.

Experience | - Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Health, Safety, or Loss Prevention, preferably in Construction or Resources industries.
- Experience working on-site with safety procedures and compliance is a plus.

Requirements | - Understanding of safety regulations, standards, and codes of practice relevant to the industry.
- Ability to assist in writing and implementing safety procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with site personnel and contractors.
- Proactive attitude towards learning and self-improvement.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities | - Assist in the implementation and monitoring of occupational health and safety policies across the site.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and report hazards or unsafe practices.
- Support safety supervisors in accident and incident investigations.
- Promote safe work practices and safety awareness among personnel.
- Assist in the preparation and updating of safety documentation and reports.
- Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support emergency response and occupational health programs on-site.
- Liaise with contractors and site management regarding health and safety matters.
- Report on safety performance and incidents to the Safety Supervisor or Manager.
- Support the implementation of the Critical Control Management Program.
- Encourage a safety-first culture among workers and contractors.
